This policy explains how MacHerald, a service of Even Flow Solutions LLC ("MacHerald", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through macherald.com and the MacHerald waitlist.

Information We Collect

• Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist, we collect the name and email address you enter and the plan you pick.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site, limit abuse, and keep it secure.
• Customer details. If you become a customer, we collect the contact, billing, and account details needed to provide the service.

The site uses Plausible Analytics to count page visits. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track visitors across other sites. The site does not use advertising cookies.

How We Use It

• To tell you when a Mac is available and to answer questions you send us.
• To provide, bill for, and support the service.
• To protect the site and service from fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service Providers

We use a small number of providers to run MacHerald, including Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Plausible for privacy-friendly visit counts, and an email delivery provider for notifications. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist no longer needs them. We keep customer records for as long as the account is active and afterward as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to leave the waitlist, at any time by emailing contact@macherald.com. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for using them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

MacHerald is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
